Vellum, poplar board, 24ct gold leaf, 18ct gold, and exotic wood with inlays are just some of the materials used to produce the work in this exhibition by local artist Judy Hurst. The spiritual life of the North East is represented by images of wildlife intertwined with patterns, both imaginative and mathematical, reminiscent of our Celtic heritage.
