Gerard Collins will read from his debut novel, Finton Moon, a darkly humorous coming-of-age narrative about a Catholic boy with a talent for healing. Among other accolades, this novel was nominated for the 2014 Dublin IMPAC Award and the 2013 Sunburst Awards for Canadian Literature of the Fantastic, whose jury called it ‘magical and compelling, like a long-form version of a maritime ballad.’ Free event, no booking required.
