One day workshop: £20, two day workshop: £60

Working  with  a  variety  of  materials,  both  historically  traditional  and  modern,  Judy’s  work  is inspired  by  her  knowledge,respect  and  deep  love  of  the  architecture,  Celtic  history  and wildlife of  Britain  and  France.

This internationally known but locally based artist was born and raised in Durham and has an Honours degree in Fine Art. She was invited to teach in New Zealand, where she had solo exhibitions at the Rothmans Cultural Foundation in Wellington, and other venues.

On returning to Britain she continued to work in education, becoming a Head of Art, while continuing her own works. Judy now works independently in both the UK and France. The one day workshop will be using watercolour paper and gold leaf and the two day course, vellum and gold leaf.

All workshops are suitable for beginners.

One day workshop:
Loving Illumination pt 1 – Saturday 17 September 2016, 10am – 4pm,  £30.

Two day workshop:
Loving Illumination pt 2 – Wednesday 21s and Thursday 22 September 2016, 10am – 4pm,  £60.
