Meet Clovis the Norman Knight who will guide you on an outdoor 30-minute tour of the Castle precinct. Discover the history of the location from its foundations in pre-history, through to the Norman invasion and the creation of the modern Castle. Recommended ages 10+.

Some tickets may be available on the door (same price as online; subject to availability), however pre-booking is advised.

This tour includes standard entry to Newcastle Castle. Tickets should be collected (and the tour will set off) from the reception area on the first floor of the Black Gate.
