Following the sell-out success of Little Red Riding Hood (2015) and Sleeping Beauty (2016), The Maltings Pantomime returns for Christmas 2017 – sweeping you out to sea with The Adventures of Sinbad!
Heave ho me hearties, come join our crew –
We’ve got pirates and mermaids and baddies to boo!
There’s a mystery to solve with a map and a key,
On our epic adventure out on the High Seas…

The Maltings team are back on board producing our Pantomime, with our very own Wendy Payn at the helm for a third year running – the creative power behind The Maltings hugely successful Here Come The Girls, (not to mention a host of previous shows) and the leader of our Youth Theatre.

My children were giggling away and loved joining in the actions, screaming at the stage and admiring the fake snow falling from the ceiling. As far as they were concerned the holidays had started and the party was just beginning” – Berwick Advertiser on Sleeping Beauty 2016

The Maltings’ very own Christmas production was very cheeky, but very fun and every child in the audience went away with a smile on their face. As I was leaving, one little boy said: “That was the best thing I’ve ever seen”.” – Berwick Advertiser on Little Red Riding Hood 2015
