Young Curators is an exciting group for young people aged 11-16. Are you interested in finding out how museums put on exhibitions and what happens behind the scenes? Our Young Curators work alongside Cathedral staff and have unique opportunities to explore the new exhibition areas of Durham Cathedral.
You’ll learn how to handle and display objects, interpret the collections, work with local artists and help the Cathedral develop children’s activities. To see what Young Curators will be like, why not come along to one of our ‘Taster Days’?
