Spandau ballet, The Krays and much more – hear about Martin Kemp’s life and career.
He is best known for being one of the founding members of Spandau Ballet as well as playing Steve Owen in Eastenders and appearing in the film The Krays with his brother Gary.
Atlantic Events will host the evening in The Grand Marquee at Wynyard Hall, where Martin talks about his career and answers audience questions.
Talking of his days with Spandau Ballet, Martin said: “Everything was larger than life: the clothes we wore, the shoulder pads, the hairspray. It was all about excess, which is why I think bands from the 80s never kind of transposed and found their way into the 90s very well, because the 90s became very street.”
Doors open at 6.30pm and tickets can be purchased directly through the organiser (Atlantic Events).
