BRASS BANDS AT THE AMPHITHEATRE

Enjoy the sounds of music all summer long at our free brass band concerts, part of the South Tyneside Festival.

They are a firm favourite with visitors and take place at South Shields’ Seafront Sandhaven Amphitheatre every Sunday afternoon throughout June to August, except 7 July (when you can enjoy Proms in the Park in Bents Park instead).

It makes for a great Sunday afternoon. Why not enjoy a stroll along the promenade, before you take in the music from some of the very best brass bands from the North East.
