Always fancied yoga but have childcare issues? Then this is the class for you.
Designed to give you some time to strengthen, stretch and tone your body without having to worry about childcare. This class is all about the grown ups, your little one can watch and learn, play with toys or join in if they want to.
Suitable for all levels. Crawlers to pre-schoolers welcome.
