How to list your event

One off listing

We charge a flat rate of £30.00 per event. In addition to appearing on the website we will promote your event on our social media channels, and depending on our promotion schedule we may have a slot to set the event as a featured listing.

Annual subscription

Subscribers pay an annual fee to advertise their events.

The benefits of being an annual subscriber are:

•  Free inclusion for all your events in our listings
•  Free inclusion of highlight events in our monthly e-bulletins
•  Ability to provide competitions on the site free of charge
•  A 25% discount when buying into online eblasts and banner advertising

Annual subscription fees are calculated based on your organisation’s annual income:

Subscription runs from 1 April to 31 March annually and is calculated on a pro-rata basis.
